Dr. Aravraj Gupta graduated from Sadar Patel University with a Master's degree in Business Administration.
In 2000, I joined Kotak Mutual Fund as a fund manager, providing a wide range of fixed income, alternative investments, stocks, and ESG functions. During his tenure in the company, Dr Arakraj Gupta led Kotak Mutual Fund to achieve nearly fourfold growth in asset management.

In 2004, I joined ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund as a fund manager and assisted in actively managing the maturity and asset allocation of various debt investment portfolios, such as income funds, Gilt funds, dynamic bond funds, ultra short term funds, FMP, credit funds, liquidity funds, and liquidity plus funds.

In 2008, I joined Tata Management Assets Limited to manage flagship funds such as medium-sized growth funds, large funds, tax savings funds, key stock funds, and infrastructure funds. During this period, I brought substantial profits to Tata Management Assets Limited, with assets under management exceeding 20 billion rupees

In 2010, PGIM India Mutual Fund joined as the head of stock fund management, helping clients provide the best investment concepts and professional knowledge. During this period, they managed different types of investment portfolios, including growth stocks, value stocks, blue chip stocks, etc., achieving sustained investment returns.

In 2013, I joined Baroda Asset Management India Limited as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer, possessing excellent leadership and management skills. During this period, i developed excellent investment strategies for the team and made significant investment decisions, successfully managing the investment team and investment process.

In 2015, I joined HSBC Mutual Fund as the Chief Investment Officer responsible for overseeing industry-leading investment capabilities, from index funds and exchange traded funds to proactive multi asset class solutions and alternative investments. I leads an investment team consisting of over 100 professionals from India. I also a member of the company's executive management team, investment committee, and Indian product committee.

In 2018, Dr Arafraj Gupta joined Japan Life India Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a senior fund manager for the investment equity team. Mainly engaged in listed equity investment, private equity real estate investment, credit risk assessment, and infrastructure project evaluation, I has 23 years of experience.
